ERRATUM

ABSTRACT

On page 424 of the May, 1976 issue, the printer of the Journal made an error in the name of Abraham M. Lilienfeld in attempting to enlarge and make clearer the name plate shown in the photograph of the plaque presented to Dr. Lilienfeld on the occasion of the first John Snow Award, given by the Epidemiology Section of the American Public Health Association on November 18, 1975. The Journal deeply regrets this error. The plaque as it appeared when it was presented to Dr. Lilienfeld is shown below.
