ERRATA

Frans J. Kok, first author of "Is Serum Selenium a Risk Factor for Cancer in Men Only?" (Am J Epidemiol 1987;125:12–16), wishes to bring to the readers' attention an error that appeared on page 14 as a result of a typographical error in the manuscript. The adjusted coefficient, which appears as b = –0.0017, standard error (SE) = 0.0008, should read b = –0.017, standard error (SE) = 0.008. Dr. Kok states, however, that the conclusions are unaffected

The authors regret the error.

Helen B. Hubert, first author of "Life-Style Correlates of Risk Factor Change in Young Adults: an Eight-Year Study of Coronary Heart Disease Risk Factors in the Framingham Offspring" (Am J Epidemiol 1987;125:812–31), wishes to bring to the readers' attention an error that appeared in table 1 (page 815) as a result of a typographical error in the manuscript. The error occurs in the mean ± standard deviation for systolic pressure in women. The correct value is 111.7 ± 10.6.

Dr. Hubert apologizes for any inconvenience to readers of the Journal.
